Game of Thrones Season 8 Gets April 2019 Release Date
It’s the news Thrones fans, myself included have long been waiting for! HBO have FINALLY announced when we will get to find out the fate of Westeros. Pencil in April 2019, that is the month that Game of Thrones Season 8 will premiere.
The tweet from HBO reveals April 2019 as the premiere date at the end of an epic first look trailer for Season 8 but does not give us an exact date in April.

The Trailer may not be completely new to hardcore fans who have been refreshing their browsers day and night for every new bit of Thrones info but it is still no less exciting, especially with a release date attached to it.
What we can tell (and it’s of course no surprise) is that conflict between Cersei and Daenerys is fast approaching that will decide which Queen will become “the Queen”. Although the King of the North is right by the side of the Mother of Dragons and it would appear that Mr Snow has a claim to said throne as well. One thing is for sure, Season 8 is going to be an epic finale and now we have a month locked in for the premiere the countdown can officially begin!
Update: Sky TV have confirmed that Game of Thrones Season 8 will be coming to Neon and SoHo in April as well.
